Purpose of the Processing
There are two possible purposes that can be given individually or jointly. They are as follows: (A) In the case of personal data of employees -own or customers- manage directly or indirectly and comply with legal obligations; (B) In the case of customers and suppliers, develop the normal commercial and advisory relationship with them. The data will be kept for as long as the relationship in question is maintained and for as long as the law allows and/or obliges, without prejudice to the right of deletion and others, processed later, that the holders of such personal data have. Profiles of data subjects shall not be made.

Explicit consent of the interested parties (or their legal representatives), before carrying out any action/communication and in case of candidates, personnel selection companies.
Addressees
The recipients who will have access to the data provided will be all the personnel of the company duly authorized for this purpose (whether internal or external) and any company or public entity that within the scope of its competences legitimately requires access to them.
Rights of Data Subjects
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and opposition to processing. Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether MATEOS LEGAL is processing the personal data concerning him. The holders of personal data have the right to access their own, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims. Also in some cases and for reasons related to their particular situation, users and data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The Company will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons or in the exercise or defence of possible claims. All these rights may be exercised before the Responsible through the various forms of written contact established above. In addition, users may, in certain circumstances, file a complaint with the Control Authority responsible for Data Protection, being able to inform themselves on www.agpd.es.

The user (or their legal representative), with their data and with the acceptance of cookies when browsing the website indicated above. The data may be provided by users on paper, e-mail or through the MATEOS LEGAL website. The users who provide the data are responsible for their accuracy.
